About Me

Hi, I'm Lauren Davenport.

I graduated from Weber State University in 2024 with a BFA in Graphic Design, and am currently pursuing an Elementary Teaching License with a Visual Arts Endorsement through the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate of Teaching program at Weber State, and am anticipating graduation in December 2026.

I gained a deeper appreciation for art in 2022, when I had the opportunity to study abroad in Venice, Italy, during the Biennale International Art Exhibition, While working as a youth summer camp counselor in 2023, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching young people and watching their talents and confidence grow. These experiences led me to pursue art education, and I am loving the journey.

Besides art, I enjoy ice cream, Disneyland, flowers, cats, Dolly Parton, gluten-free baking, and vintage trinkets.
